We started our journey back to Ohio with yet another beautiful day. We'll document the landscape and skyscape for you as we pass through different states and more scenic roadways. Well...... according to the maps they are suppose to be. Being on the motorcycle you are so much more a part of the countryside as you travel through it. Maybe is it being able to not only see it more 3-D, smell it and feel it.
You not only feel the breeze, you experience the rapid temperature change in the air that meets you and the sun upon you, all of you at one time.
Then a cloud randomly blocks the sun rays and the temperature suddenly drops. The goldwing had an outside temp. gauge on it. I remember vividly Norm sharing the rising temps. As the nights cooled quickly a few times the temp conversation was not brought up unless I asked which followed with a stop to add layers and change gloves. We were never cold. Much thanks to having the proper attire.
