I don't know if I mentioned our high tech road navigation system..... We did take state maps, AAA State tour books and the GPS with us.
However Norm's old faithful way of traveling took, front seat on the trip. Norm looked for a waterproof map holder that would go on top of the gas tank. He ended up taking a zip lock large size and put the map in it and used a spider looking small cargo net/bungie and secured it to the gas tank right in front of him.
I had the GPS and used our intercom system to let him know what the GPS had to say. On more than a couple of occassions Norm went with his gut feeling and didn't follow the GPS instructions and he was right. I took the picture of Norm during his routine of consulting the map and changing it to the next section of our adventure.
The stadium, cityscape and bridge as we left MO. It seemed like a nice place to revisit at some point and spend some time.
